Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of original purchase date. Items must be unworn, in new condition with all tags intact. Refund will be processed back to original payment method when items are received in store. Returns beyond 14 days are generally not accepted however exceptions may be made on a case by case basis and if accepted will only be eligible for store credit for the amount of the original purchase price. 

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of original purchase date. Items must be unworn, in new condition with all tags intact. Shipping costs will apply for exchanged items to be re-sent. There is no charge for pick up in store. Exchanges beyond 14 days are generally not accepted, however exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. 

Sale priced items are not eligible for return, and may be considered for exchange or store credit at the discretion of the sales associate. Item return and exchange eligibility is always subject to inspection and associate discretion -  returns or exchanges may be declined if items are not deemed to be in original condition.
